Meet Rozie

Hi, I’m Rozie, a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer specialising in bespoke coaching designed to deliver real results.

I work closely with each client to build tailored training and nutrition plans, supported by weekly check-ins, ongoing adjustments, and full accountability. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach — every detail is built around you, your goals, and your lifestyle.
